Running a tender from start to finish

A tender is a bidding event for one or more lots.

  1. Add your lots (rough or polished), with photos and details. The reserve price is never shown to buyers.
  2. Create a tender, choose its opening and closing time, and add lots to it. It becomes visible to buyers once you publish it.
  3. Buyers place one sealed bid per lot before the closing time. You cannot see any bid until the tender closes.
  4. Once it closes, review the bids on each lot, decline any you don't want, and confirm a winner or mark the lot unsold.
  5. Press "Finish and notify buyers" once every lot has a result. Each buyer gets one email saying whether they won, never the price or why another bid was declined.

You can export the confirmed results as a CSV if your plan includes it.
